The agreement

By using the Keyboard Rush website or game, operated by Polynova Digital LLC, doing business as (DBA) Lost Reality Games, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

If you are under 13, you may only use the site and game with a parent or legal guardian's permission. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent or legal guardian is completing the purchase on your behalf.

License

Purchasing the full version grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game. Your license key is for your own use; do not publicly distribute or resell it.

Content creation

You are welcome to record, stream, and publish video, screenshots, and other content featuring Keyboard Rush on social media, video platforms, and live-streaming services, including monetized channels. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the game's visuals and audio for this purpose.

This license covers Keyboard Rush content only. The Keyboard Rush music may be used solely as part of Keyboard Rush gameplay content. You may not extract, reupload, remix, redistribute, or use the music for any purpose other than Keyboard Rush gameplay. The music is the personal property of the game's creator and is not placed in the public domain or made available for separate use.

Platform-side copyright systems (for example, YouTube Content ID, Twitch DMCA tooling) are operated by those platforms, not by us. We are not responsible for automated claims, strikes, or takedowns issued by third parties or platform tooling. Disputes about platform copyright actions are between you and the platform.

Refunds

A free demo is provided so you can evaluate the game before buying. For purchases made on keyboardrush.com: if the full version does not work for you, including cases where hardware or system compatibility makes the game unplayable, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. These purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, and their refund policy also applies.

If you bought Keyboard Rush on Steam, refunds are handled by Valve under Steam's refund policy, not by us. The 14-day promise above does not apply to Steam purchases.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent the paywall, redistribute the paid game files, or interfere with the site or service through automated abuse, excessive requests, or attempts to exploit security vulnerabilities.

Disclaimer of warranties

The game and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the game will be free of bugs or errors, that it will run at any particular performance level, or that it will be compatible with your specific hardware, operating system, browser, or input device. If the game is unplayable for you, your remedy is a refund as described above.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polynova Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game or website. This includes, without limitation, repetitive strain injuries, hand or wrist discomfort, eye strain, or other physical effects associated with typing, prolonged play, or on-screen motion and flashing. Please take regular breaks, stop playing if you experience discomfort, and consult a medical professional if symptoms persist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nevada. If you live in a country or region whose mandatory consumer-protection laws give you stronger rights, nothing here takes those rights away, and those laws apply where required.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or game after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
